The terms governing EasyLearning121 tuition memberships. Plain English, no surprises. Last updated: 22 August 2026.
These terms are between you and EasyLearning 1 2 1 Ltd (company number 14262346), trading as EasyLearning121, Unit 4, Eckersley Road, Chelmsford, Essex CM1 1SL.
Enrolment in our tuition sessions is a rolling monthly membership until you tell us otherwise in writing. Once a monthly payment has been taken, we do not offer refunds for that month; students are welcome to attend all remaining lessons for their paid month.
We encourage all prospective members to attend a free assessment before committing to a membership. This ensures we can properly evaluate your child's needs and that you are completely happy with the learning environment we provide. It carries no obligation.
Our cancellation policy is one full calendar month's written notice. To cancel, email info@easylearning121.co.uk. There are no cancellation fees. Example: if you give written notice on 10th May, your membership ends on 10th June and any final payment is pro-rated accordingly. You will receive email confirmation of every cancellation, and you can rejoin at any time. See our Cancellation Policy for full details.
We do not offer make-up sessions or refunds for missed classes. Our scheduling, small 6:1 group ratios and pricing are based on consistent attendance and securing your child's dedicated seat.
EasyLearning121 operates for 50 weeks per year. Membership pricing is calculated on an annual model and spread evenly across 12 monthly payments, so your payment is exactly the same every month. Your membership covers an average of 4 weeks of lessons per calendar month; months containing 5 weeks offset months with planned closures.
We close over the Christmas and New Year period. Upcoming planned closure dates:
These closures do not affect your monthly membership fee, which already accounts for them (see the annual pricing model above). Any additional closure dates, including bank holidays, will be shared in advance.
If we have to cancel a class, you will not be charged for it (or a credit/refund will be applied). We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule specific class times due to insufficient enrolments.
EasyLearning121 reserves the right to cancel classes due to unforeseeable events beyond our reasonable control (for example government lockdown or restricted access to our facilities). Where we cannot access the venue, we will aim to replace face-to-face sessions with an online offering, under these same terms. Neither EasyLearning121 nor the customer shall be liable for failure or delay in performing obligations (except payment obligations) caused by such events, including acts of God, government interventions, legal changes, pandemics, natural disasters, strikes or extreme weather. The affected party must notify the other as soon as reasonably practicable.
Account freezing is permitted in emergency situations by prior arrangement. Email info@easylearning121.co.uk to discuss.
We do not charge for late pick-ups. If you know you are going to be late, please tell us as soon as possible (provided it is safe to do so and you are not driving) so we can reassure your child and keep them supervised until you arrive.
We maintain a supportive, focused and professional environment and expect all students and families to treat our staff with respect. We do not tolerate disrespect, harassment or inappropriate behaviour towards our team or other students; such behaviour may result in suspension or termination of services at our discretion.
From time to time we may run promotions. Unless stated otherwise: discounts apply to one month's fees only; one discount per referral/booking; referred friends must state the referrer's name when booking; offers cannot be combined with other promotions or sibling discounts; no cash alternative; we may modify or withdraw offers at any time.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Significant changes to billing or cancellation policies will be communicated to active members in writing.
